These terms cover two things: your use of the website dogio.pro, and the general conditions on which Dogio Interior Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("Dogio") provides stretch ceiling design, fabrication and installation services in Malaysia. Signing a quotation means accepting the service conditions below unless your contract states otherwise.
We keep the information on this site current and correct to the best of our ability, but it is provided for general guidance. Colours render differently on screens; final finish selection should always be made from physical samples. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer — a project is priced only in a written quotation.
Text, photographs, renders and design concepts on this site belong to Dogio or its licensors. You may share links and excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction for commercial purposes requires written permission.
You agree not to probe, disrupt or overload the site, submit false enquiries, or use our forms to send unsolicited material. We may block traffic that behaves abusively.
Quotations follow a free site measurement and remain valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed for the scope described; changes you request after fabrication begins are quoted separately. A 50% deposit confirms fabrication; the balance is due on completion of installation and your walkthrough acceptance.
We agree installation dates in writing. The site must be safe, powered and accessible, with ceiling-level works by other trades (wiring, aircon piping, sprinkler rough-in) completed beforehand. If the site is not ready on the agreed date, we reschedule to the next available slot and may charge a remobilisation fee for crews travelling outside the Klang Valley.
Membranes carry a 12-year written warranty against sagging, discolouration and weld failure; tracks and brackets carry 5 years. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from third-party works, structural movement, punctures, or unauthorised removal and refitting of the membrane. Full terms are printed on the warranty certificate issued at handover.
Dogio holds public liability insurance for installation works. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the contract value of the affected work, except where Malaysian law does not permit such limitation. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost rental income or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are first addressed in good-faith negotiation; failing that, they fall to the courts of Selangor, or to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
