Your membrane is cut and welded to the millimetre in our Puchong workshop, usually within five working days.

Good to Know

Questions we hear on every site visit

How much ceiling height will I lose?

As little as 3–5 cm on a flat single-level install. Because the surface is perfectly even and often reflective, most rooms actually feel taller after the work than before it.

Is a stretch ceiling safe in Malaysia’s humidity?

Yes — PVC membranes are unaffected by humidity, never flake or grow mould, and are routinely installed in bathrooms and semi-outdoor lanai areas. They are certified fire-rated to European B-s1,d0 class.

What happens if the unit upstairs leaks?

The membrane stretches and holds the water — up to about 100 litres per square metre — like a sealed basin. We come out, drain it through a lighting cut-out, dry the plenum and re-tension the same panel. No stains, no replacement.

How long does installation really take?

A typical living room takes 3–4 hours; a whole condominium is usually done within one working day. There is no hacking or plastering, so no curing time and no dust.

Can you work around my existing lights, fans and aircon?

Yes. We fit reinforcement rings for downlights, ceiling fans, sprinklers, sensors and cassette aircon units. We can also add new wiring for LED features before the membrane goes up.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Wipe occasionally with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soap solution. That is the entire maintenance schedule — no repainting, ever. The finish is warrantied against sagging and discolouration for 12 years.

Do you serve areas outside the Klang Valley?

We install nationwide — Penang, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Kuantan, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu are all regular destinations for our crews. Site visits outside Selangor and KL are scheduled in weekly batches.
